Diane K. Nielsen, 81

Born and raised in South Omaha and a 1960 graduate of Omaha South High School. Diane retired from the telephone company and was an avid gardener, TH’er, family genealogist, world traveler of 55 countries, 50 states, and 6 continents, and an amateur archeologist.

Preceded in death by parents Ruth and Erhart; and niece Nikki.

Survived by son Dave Nielsen (Terri Radil); grandchildren Stephanie, Rachael, and Jared; great grandchildren Jaxson and Elijah; brother Toots; nieces Dawn and Deb and families; cousins and friends. “Hvil i fred” Rest in peace in Danish
