Survived by wife of 66 years, Josephine (Siedlik) Tworek,

Sons: Conrad (Lucy), Frank (Pat), Jerry, Phillip (Tom Umfird), Tim (Kate) and Martin.

Daughters: Ginny Tworek, Melinda (Scott) Hester, Theresa Tworek-Jensen (Tom Jensen), and Benita (Dan) McVicker.
