Natividad Chavez Perez, 95
Natividad (Naty) Chávez Pérez was born October 30, 1929 in the state of Durango in Mexico. She passed away on March 4, 2025 from a natural death.
Natividad was a very hard-working woman who won the heart of everyone around her. She was humble with a great big heart and always welcomed everyone into her home and expected them to eat. She loved to cook and was very well-known for her Tamales de Chile Rojo, Menudo and her Asado. She never knew how to make little portions. She always made enough for everyone to have a second and third plate. They could take some to go and she would freeze some up to send out of state to her other children. Mama Naty was also known to be a woman of faith, Catholic, who 100% believed in God, and Jesus, the Virgin Mary, and all the Saints. She highly believed in God’s will for good and for bad, and she would pray with her heart and would also pray for those who need him the most, for those who would not even know. We know it is a privilege and honor for everyone who has met her and had her in their lives.
She was preceded in death by her Mother: Nieves Chavez; Brothers: Epifanio Chavez and Jose Chavez; Sisters: Crescencia Chavez de Peńa, Leandra Chavez and Juana Chavez; Daughters: Rosita Chavez and Nora Chavez.
