Clifford G. Priebe, 79

Clifford Gene Priebe, born 11-22-1945 and deceased 12-31-2024, at age 79. Cliff was born in Hastings, NE, and was united in marriage to Patricia Diehm on July 16, 1966. The couple lived in Omaha and were blessed with two daughters, Ann Marie and Kimberly. Cliff served in the National Guard from 1966 until 1972. He was the life of a party at family and friend gatherings as he was always joking and making people laugh while wringing his hands. Cliff enjoyed cars (he owned a blue 1966 Dodge Dart), was a huge Elvis fan, and liked watching all of Muhammad Ali’s boxing matches. He excitedly watched all types of sports with his nephews who frequently came over to “uncle Cliffy’s” house to watch All Star Wrestling, ABC’s Wild World of Sports, Bruce Lee, football games, basketball games (especially Dr J!) etc. etc.

Cliff was preceded in death by his parents, his older brothers Donald & Julius (Linda-d), and his sister Julia Sorgenfrei recently passed away. Cliff is survived by his wife Patricia, daughters Ann Marie Guynan and Kimberly Priebe, his sister Donna Daywalt (Rex-d), and sister-in-law Ruth Priebe. Cliff’s grandchildren include Priscillia (Cecil) Life, Brittany Martinez, Alyssa Guynan, Merissa (Cipriano) Gabia, Feliciana Martinez, Mitchell Guynan, Nathaniel Guynan, and Sophia Guynan. Four great grandchildren are also part of Cliff’s family.

Please join the family after the funeral service (approx 6:45pm until 8:45pm) at Disabled American Veterans, located at 4515 “F” St for food and social. We’ll be in the south side of the building or suite B—enter in the southeast door.
