Rose E. Lanoha, 84

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Rose Ellen Lanoha, who left us on November 27, 2024, at the age of 84. Rose was cherished by her family and friends.

Born in Omaha on January 21, 1940, Rose grew up with a passion for helping others and dedicated her life to making the world a better place. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, whose compassion touched the lives of everyone she met. Rose's generosity and spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.

Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Edmund J. Lanoha and son, Gary Grant Lanoha. She is survived by her beloved family, including her daughters, Lisa Klein (Jerry), Laura Lee (Christopher). Grandchildren, Sean Godinez (Erin), Eric Klein, J. Benjamin Klein (Kacie), Zachary Grant Huston (Bailey) and Miranda Rose Huston. Great-grandchildren, Lila, Ivy, and Geneva Godinez, Jayla and Kingston Klein, and Maxwell Huston who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest and spreading the same kindness and love that Rose so effortlessly gave to others.

She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. As we say goodbye, we hold on to the precious memories and the love that Rose brought into our lives. Her spirit will continue to guide us and remind us of the beauty of life.
