Ruth A. “Cookie” Szarad, 77

She touched the hearts of everyone that met her. Cookie passed away peacefully at her home at the age of 77.

Preceded in death by husband John; parents Richard and Regina Weiss; brothers Ronald and Richard Weiss; sisters Rose Steimer and Renae Weiss

Survived by children Frank Moppin (Steve Cheatham), Mary Lou Schwope (John), and Susie Sherrets; grandchildren Matthew Schwope, Shelby Sherrets, and Devin Brun; great grandchildren McKenna, Jacob Jr., Kinglee, Cooper Petrick and Dakota Spanel; brother Robert Weiss (Donna);
and numerous nieces and nephews.
