Preceded in death by daughter, Breanna Fuller;
father, Kenneth A. DeCenzo and step-mother, Sheri DeCenzo.

Survived by children, Azia DeCenzo, Ronald Fuller, Aubrielle Elyas,
Muribella Elyas, Mikenzie Lawrence and Riley Lawrence;
4 grandchildren, Rashod, Donovan, Amar and Carmen;
mother and step-father, Cokey and Randy Tapper;
sisters, April DeCenzo, Chyna DeCenzo and Michelle DeCenzo;
brother, Cheko DeCenzo;
step-brothers, Shane Tapper and Ryan Tapper;
nieces, Katarina and Isabella;
nephews, Bryce and Jah’Karion;
aunts, and uncles and many other family and friends.

Family suggests pink and white attire in memory of Juanita.

Family will also gather at Ralston Park following the service for a reception
of refreshments and a balloon release ceremony.
