Glenn Brown, 64
Glenn’s time on Earth started on November 14th 1959 and ended 64 years and 186 days later on June 6th 2024. In the spirit of keeping it simple, he was a good, kindhearted man. He was very idealistic with a crust of brusqueness. If you took the time to get to know him, you liked him. Glenn endured a fair amount of hardship with quiet courage, including enduring many a bad pun inflicted upon him by his older brother.
One last pun for the road: Question: Where does a man who loved cats spend eternity? Answer: “Cat”mandu. I hope the Hindis are right, and we get to do this again in a billion years.
Glenn graduated from James Hogan Sr. High School in Vallejo, California in 1979 and lived in Vallejo for many years. He was an environmentalist and was the driving force behind getting the Green Party on the ballot in Solano County, California. Glenn relocated to Omaha, Nebraska in 2004 and lived out the rest of his life working in various security roles. He was the caretaker and human cat bed for several cats over the years. Glenn was very much loved by his surviving family members: brother, Alan and sisters Terry, Saundra, and Connie.
Glenn’s family is planning a celebration of Glenn’s life to be held at a future date. If you are interested in attending, please email osborn1234@gmail.com. |
