Survived by daughters Carol Galaska (Mike) and Dr. Barbara Jirka; sons Dr. Jerry (Susie) and Dr. Jeff (Heather); grandchildren Jenna Fields (Greg), Jon Jones (Brittany), Dr. Grant Jirka (Dr. Ada Aka), Paige Jirka; great grandchildren Remington Jones and soon to be Marlo Fields.
