Preceded in death by husband John A. (Chris); daughter Patricia Ann; parents Joseph and Helen Slavik; sisters Nellie (Odin) Mundahl, Betty (Freedo) Rieseberg, Jean (Don) Vicek and Jeanette Elmore; brothers Harold (Marian) Slavik and Joseph (Mikki) Slavik.

Survived by daughter Sharon (Bob) Hrdy; son John (Doris) Christen; daughter Mary Louise (Pat) Smith; niece Linnie (Noel) Boston; grandchildren Jennifer (Travis) Ingwersen, Matthew Christen, Patrick, Jr. (Tara) Smith, Nick Boston, Laura (Mark) Walls, Deborah (Michael) Early and Thomas Adam, Jr.; great-grandchildren Abigail and Oliver Smith, Ellie, Brett, Olivia, Owen and Lillian Ingwersen, Natalie (Jonathan) Lehl, Rachel, Shane and Grace Ekstrand; great-great grandchildren Meredith and Conrad Lehl; other nieces and nephews.
