Jerry was born in Grand Island, Nebraska. he was preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Nora.

Survived by wife Theresa; son Daniel; daughter Julie (David); grandson Nicholas Janulewicz (Kristen); granddaughter Mackenna Smith; brother Martin Janulewicz (Patty); sisters Diane Skeen and Linda Marco; and many more loving family and friends.
