Preceded in death by son John.

Survived by wife Elaine; children Lisa Pivonka (Dusty Elsasser), Kevin Pivonka (Kerry), Donna McMains (Derek), Debora Ham (William), Jason Pivonka (Becca), Ryan Pivonka (Jeremy Maskel); nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.


Following the interment, a luncheon will be held at the Elks Lodge - 6410 South 96th Street, Omaha.
