Angela Frances DeLoa, age 75, (You probably knew her as Angie)
Entered into eternal rest on Friday February 3, 2023
Angela was born on April 20, 1947 to parents, Frank DeLoa and Evangeline "Eva" Castaneda Gomez DeLoa at St. Joseph's Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.

Angela is preceded in death by her Father, Francisco "Frank" DeLoa and Mother, Evangeline "Eva" Castaneda Gomez DeLoa; Brother, David DeLoa; Daughter, Cecilia "Sissy" Guevara; Grandson, Servando Guerrero; Granddaughters, Almadelia Evangeline Guevara, Neveah Zamarripa and Angelica Zamarripa;

Angela's spirit is carried on and survived by her 5 Children, Lorrainel "Rainy" Byers, Antonio "Tony" Kaiser, Olivia "Libby" DeLoa Castaneda, Mario DeLoa Castaneda and Christina Maria Castaneda;

Grandchildren (22), Erick Gomez, Monica, Veronica, Gabriela and Raquel De La Cruz, Shawn and JoLynna Kaiser, Angel, Samantha and Luciana Reyes, Emmanuel and Marisela Castaneda Padron, Marcos, Antonio, Leandro and Angelica Castaneda, Mario, Christian, Alexjandro, and Evangeline "Cha-Cha" Castaneda Macias, Marissa Castaneda, Adelino Guevara;

Great-Grandchildren (21), Alivia Gomez, Erick Jr., Isaiah, Noah, Brianna and Malik Washington, Alyssa, Davian and Arianna Cuellar, Xander Kaiser, Abel and Madilynn Padron Castaneda, Julian P. Kuntz, Rita and Servando Jr. Guerrero, Emiliano Castaneda and Noel "Ares" Macias; (* * * * )

Also survived by Brother, Frank DeLoa Jr. and Sisters, Carolyn Kramer, Frances DeLoa and Gloria Johnsen;

Angie was a simple woman, She wore no make up, she had no tattoos, she did not wear name brand clothing nor did she care for sweet smelling perfumes. She could not stand wearing panty hoes and she did not wear fancy high heel shoes.

She had many nick names, Mamma Angie, Mamma Lou!, Angie Momma, but she was just plain old Angie! However there was nothing plain about her at all - She had the most decorated, colorful, Loud, Joyful, Funny and unique, One-of-kind personality.
When she spoke, you knew she was in the room, she never hesitated to speak her peace and to say what was on her mind. She loved playing BINGO and telling her jokes to anyone and everyone and she could bring you to your knees with laughter! Her favorite was her joke about the time between Christmas and New Years. (Have to ask a family member to hear the joke)

Angela was also the Greatest Cook in the world! And everyone knew it. Her flour tortillas were bigger than Texas and were to die for. She also loved to sing and dance and listen to her music all day. She had many friends, too many to count.

One thing for sure, Her Greatest Love was her familia, They meant the world to her, especially her children and her grandchildren. She loved placing "ALL" of her FAMILIAS Photos on her walls. She also loved the Virgin Mary and had her picture on her wall so she could decorate and cover her frame with beautiful flowers. These photos on her wall were her greatest love and brought her happiness!

She would always say I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART AND ALL MY CA-CA!!
What she really meant was I love you with all my heart and soul.

Pot Luck Luncheon will be held immediatly following the burial at St John Cemetery.
Luncheon will be held at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Social Hall at 5001 South 23 Street in Omaha
