Retired Omaha Fire Captain and General Manager of the Sokol Auditorium; a longtime member of Sokol Omaha and a 2011 Sokol Omaha Polka Hall of Fame Service Award recipient.

Preceded in death by father Joseph Masek.

Survived by mother Blanche Masek; daughter Brooke Masek; brother John Masek; and longtime companion Mary Robbins.
