Cesar was a good big brother who cared deeply and quietly for those he loved. I'm comforted from miles away knowing we were able to chat and spend time in the last year. He was my France, always neutral. Janet, thank you for loving my brother so completely, you made him so happy, as his sister you are forever loved and appreciated.. Thank you so much Janet.
