Karen A. Rumsey, 68

Karen was born in Omaha, Nebraska. She attended Holy Cross Elementary School, and then Mercy High School her freshman year, Archbishop Ryan High School her sophomore year, and Omaha South High School her junior and senior years. After graduating high school, Karen attended Cosmetology School. Karen and Bob were junior high sweethearts and were married March 4, 1970. Karen loved family, and spent many weekends with family and friends. Her most treasured moments were the times spent with her grandchildren...they were the highlight of her life.

Preceded in death by father Kenneth Krebs; and mother Janet Hackett.

Survived by husband Robert; daughters Beth (Bruce) Beutler, Rebecca Rumsey and Brandi (David) Lakner; grandchildren Hayden, Caleb, Austin, Cole, Dillon, Gavin, Lillian, and Aubrey; great grandchildren Ryder and Krayton; sisters Sue (Tom) Virant, Pat (Larry) Redding; brothers Jim (Darlene) Krebs and Jeff (Kathy) Krebs; many nieces and nephews.
