Steven "Stevie" passed away on Wednesday, Sept 20th following a lengthy, courageous battle with cancer. He was born on July 28, 1958 in Antigo, Wisconsin. Following his military service he moved to Omaha, NE.

A kind and gentle soul, Steven spread smiles, laughter and good cheer in his path. He found joy in all he did. Outside of work he enjoyed golfing with his boys and friends, playing with his grandchildren, telling jokes or playing cards, and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his father Bernard "Rodger" Lodholz, brother Tim Lodholz, and granddaughter Paisley Jean Lodholz.

Survivors include his beloved wife Kelly; sons Steven (Kelsie) Lodholz Jr., Joshua Lodholz, daughter Jessica Lodholz; cherished grandsons Dakota, Landon, and Austin; mother, Cleora Raith; brothers Robert Lodholz, a sister-in-law, Sandy Lodholz, Rick Lodholz, Randy (Colleen) Lodholz, David "BJ" (Trish) Lodholz; a sister Julie (Ken) Ritz; and half-brothers John (Shannon) Beyer and Ron Beyer. He was further survived by 6 step-siblings, and many more nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, from 6-8pm at the funeral home. The Funeral Service will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, 10am, with Graceland Park Cemetery as his final resting place.

We wish to extend our sincere thanks to our many friends, neighbors and family for their help, kindness and sympathy shown during Steve's illness. A special thank you to Mark A. Wles, MD, CMD, all the nurses on The 7 West Team at Immanuel, and many other care givers too many to mention.
