Preceded in death by husband, Ted; sisters and brothers.

Survived by sons, Jim Lenczowski and Gerald(Karen) Lenczowski; 2 grandchildren, Kristin (Danny) Roelfs and Nicole Lenczowski; 2 great grandchildren, Greyson and Eliza Roelfs; sister, Helen Franckowiak; brother, Eddie Wengrin; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family appreciates and thanks the Serene Care Hospice and Waterford Assisted Living at Roxbury Park Staffs for their loving care, kindness, and friendship given to Vi. Special thanks to Margie and Sandy for all their friendship and love to Vi. When Vi needed it the most all of you brought a smile to her face. God Bless You!
