Genevieve Jean Swatek 96

Preceded in death by husband Joseph F. Swatek, daughter Patricia, parents Ignatius and Valeria Zbylut, brothers Stanley, Joseph, Leo, and Frank, and sister Irene Lucas.
Survived by sons, Joseph E., of Lincoln, Rober, of Omaha, and granddaughter Heather Swatek of Lincoln.

Genevieve was a lifetime member of St.Stanislaus Catholic Church. She was a member of many civic clubs and organizations, including Golden Gems, Saint Elizabeth # 409, Polish Union Lodge, Catholic Daughters, and DAV # 2 Auxiliary. She and her husband were founders of the Goldenrod Boys Athletic Club. The family owned and operated Swatek Grocery in South Omaha for many years.
