I am so terribly sorry to hear of Fred's passing. I will always have such fond and fun memories of him as I was growing up. Rest in Peace Fred. You were loved by many and will be missed.

Fred was one of the kindest and most generous souls that I have ever met. Fred was one of those who was the backbone of our union at Douglas County Social Services. The union was formed to give the employees/workers more of a voice in providing services to our clients rather than the politicians setting the agenda. Fred saw the need for this and was there to do anything he could. In providing services for clients, he was totally client-centered. He was a true friend to both Linda and me. Rest in peace Fred.
