I knew Scott for the last fifteen years. I got to know him pretty well as he did many, many improvements to my home. He was a great guy to talk to and my entire family spent quite a bit of time talking about all kinds of subjects. He was a pleasure to be around and he did very fine work to. I hadn't seen Scott since last August, when I learned of his illness. He bore it with quiet dignity and appeared healthy to me at the time. His passing was a great shock and loss. My sincere condolences to the Dugger family. Rest in peace my friend.

What can I say, we grew up together with Lorin, Mike Carlentine and Roger Wegerzin. All the things we did, the trouble we got into. And the life lessons we learned. You were such a wonderful person and a wonderful friend. I will never forget you. RIP my friend.
