There isn't a day that goes by when I don't miss Bud. He was such an amazing coach, teacher, motivator and role-model in and outside the gym. I am so blessed and so honored to have called him my coach. Prayers to his family and all that have known him...Sokol Nazdar!

Got to know Buddy the last 13 years at McMillan subbing for him. He mentioned his dad often. Buddy also helped steer my oldest son to a career of K-12 PE. Thank you for your advice. I'm sure my younger brother Pud welcomed Mr. Benak into heaven. Respectfully-Gregg Kupfer
