Kim, I am so heartbroken that you are gone. But I know that you are not suffering any longer. I know you are just as proud as I am of how strong Katlyn and Nicole were to have to make the decision to let you go. It was definitely the hardest thing they will probably ever do in their lives. They made the ultimate sacrifice because they love you so very much. I wish we had more time together, but I know you will be watching over all of us and sending us signs.
