I only met Ben once back in 2015 when he came to repair my Air Conditioner. As we live on a lake, we had many conversations over the several days he worked on our system about lake living and how he loved to be on the lake with his family. I just learned of his passing today, 11 April 2019, as I tried to reach out to Collins to replace my flood-damaged furnace...I had been frustrated lately dealing with other larger companies...and remembered how personal, professional and studious Ben was when he worked on our system...so from a grateful customer, I sure wish he could've worked on our system and to his family...he made an impact on our lives and I wish I could have gotten to know him better - I am so sorry for your loss.

I am seeing this announcement in October, so I send belated condolences to Ben's family. We were grateful for the support of Ben's business when Collin's Heating and Air Conditioning became accredited. God bless the family and loved ones.

I am so sorry for your loss. I still can't believe this has happen. Ben was such a great guy. My prayers are with his family in this difficult time. I had no idea Angel you had lost Mike also. I will keep all of you in my prayers.
