I met Sean at Monarch Mountain in 2014. We were admittedly trying to meet a rider and he welcomed us and made it happen. More than this, it was the wonderfully warm and friendly conversation we had with Sean while we waited that has stuck with me. We talked about RAGBRAI and BRAN and whatnot like we had been friends forever.
